Strong horror references and violence

Director: Erin Berry
Actors: Kristy Swanson, Greg Bryk, Joshua Pearce

Victor Harris is a spoiled playboy who can only feel when he's brutalising others. Victors wife, Elizabeth, thinks he's a monster, but can't divorce him. Roman, Victor's lawyer, plots the perfect solution - poison Victor and blame his death on drugs. Unfortunately, the poison fails and and only places Victor in a death like coma. He can see, hear and feel everything but can't move, even during his autopsy. It's enough to drive him insane and out of his coma. When Victor escapes his grave, he traps Elizabeth and Roman in his mansion's secret chamber so he can exact his tortuous revenge.

Do Not bother. More thriller than horror. gore level very low compared to today's standard or even the good old 80's. Storyline very, very predictable and the acting is not good - it is easy to see why Kristy Swanson did not get the buffy series after the initial movie . . . Hire something else, please

More thriller than horror, not much gore by today's standards, even 1980's standard. Very, very predictable, boring and badly acted. No wonder Kristy Swanson did not get the Buffy series after the Buffy movie . . . Detour, detour . . .

I found this movie a little frustrating and predictable. I don't class it as a horror, more a drama with a little blood level shock. I generally can find something I like in most movies but other than the relatively good looks of Greg Bryk and seeing how medival torture works I would not recommend this movie.
