Reese Witherspoon (Election) starts with Luke Wilson (Charlie’s Angels), Selma Blair (Cruel Intentions), Matthew Davis (Pearl Harbour) and Victor Garber (Titanic) in a knock-out comedy with a heart of gold – and hair to match! Elle Woods (Witherspoon) is a California blonde with couture clothes, fabulous friends and the hottest boyfriend on campus. So when Warner Huntington III (Davis) suddenly dumps her and heads for Harvard Law School, Elle takes matters into her own perfectly manicured hands. She enrolls too! Now getting Warner back should be a snap, right? Wrong! Elle’s about to begin the toughest fight of her life – for love, honour, justice and respect for blondes everywhere!

Reese Witherspoon's beautiful comic acting as the not-so-ditzy blonde with a big heart and an even bigger legal brain makes this an above average chick flick. I've seen it about 5 times and still enjoy it!

Light and fluffy movie with one-dimensional characters and a plot that's as obvious as an oncoming freight train. It's got a heart and a bit of humour but not much else. The dog is the star of the show.

I loved this film when it was released and enjoying revisiting "Elle Woods" character. Reese Witherspoon plays the part really well - you just have to laugh along with her. A real chick flick! Have your girlfriends round, open a couple of bottles of wine, nibbles and chocolate and enjoy the ride!

Definately a chick flick, more aimed at the younger teen girl age, has a storyline that is predictable, I guess. Reece played her part well as she had me pulling my hair out as to how stupid and self absorbed can one blonde chick be.

Even though I watched Legally Blonde 2 before Legally Blonde - it was still a pisser. Now that I have seen Legally Blonde I can see where the connections are with Legally Blonde 2 - which makes it more comical.
