The sub-zero heroes from the worldwide blockbusters Ice Age and Ice Age: The Meltdown are back, on an incredible adventure... for the ages. Scrat is still trying to nab the ever-elusive nut (while, maybe, finding true love); Manny (Ray Romano) and Ellie (Queen Latifah) await the birth of their mini-mammoth, Sid ( John Leguizamo) the sloth creates his own makeshift family by hijacking some dinosaur eggs; and Diego (Denis Leary) the sabre tooth tiger wonders if he's growing too “soft” hanging with his pals. On a mission to rescue the hapless Sid, the gang ventures into a mysterious underground world, where they have some close encounters with dinosaurs, battle flora fauna run amok - and meet a relentless, one-eyed, dino-hunting weasel named Buck.

The best of the Ice Age movies. We watched this every day for about 3 weeks and the jokes were still funny every time we watched it, the characters were likable and believable and the story was entertaining and captivating. Adults and kids were all equally enthralled by the story and characters.

Started a bit slowly, but then I got right into this and enjoyed it. Not on a par witht he Pixar offerings, but good fun nonetheless. Easy to follow story for kids too.

I was disappointed with this movie - I LOVED the first Ice Age, LIKED the second.. and "EH'd" the third. I lost interest quickly - the storyline is not well developed and feels like they are trying to scrape together new ideas. The best parts are the "helium-type" gas, and "Peaches" without giving anything else away. I wont bother again with it though. Sorry Ice Age!

Cute kidsy movie with much of the ideas from the first two movies with a little extra. It was fun and made me forget I was an adult for an hour or so. Fun Movie. Great for the kids.

I wonder when watching the Ice Age movies how much children understand of the humour. For example when Ellie is giving birth and Diego makes inappropriate comments. Number three is as involving and funny as the others, with Scrat finding a distraction from the nut at last.

Often very funny, endearing, and just good all-round entertaining, family fun. Me thinks some of it might be a little scary for really little ones, though, so watch with them.
