Manny, Sid and Diego return in another incredible adventure. The ice age is coming to an end, and the animals are delighting in their new world: a melting paradise of water, parks, geysers and tar pits. But when Manny, Sid and Diego discover that the miles of melted ice will flood their valley, they must warn everyone and somehow figure out a way to escape the coming deluge.

Animation was better quality but the story and characters didn't bring much. Having said that the original characters were still good but overall not as good as the original.

gr8t movie, excellent follow-up to Ice Age. my 2 & a 1/2 year old sat with me through the whole thing. he found some parts a bit scary though. well worth watching. the whole family will love it.

Watchable but there are plenty of better animated flicks that this. Let down by lame characters and storyline. Interesting that the producers commented they thought the possum characters where cute and charming, whereas we found them to be ugly and annoying. Perhaps it's a case of different strokes for different folks. Open Season and Valiant were a lot more fun, dramatic and more more pathos than this disappointing effort.

For fun, inventiveness, imagination etc etc, the Ice Age series are tops. Which is best - Ace Age 1 or 2? Who knows? Who cares? They are just great viewing for all kids up to 105 and over. They get my vote for one of the all-time great feature-length cartoon series.

Great entertainment for all the family, with good comedy and not too much drama and emotion. Amazing imagination during production and the final outcome was super animation, great music, balance in characters - put lots of smiles on my dial. That "squirrell" is a real nut case - pardon the pun. The humor of the movie must be catching.

Worth watching only if you really like animated or CGI. Good for the 5 to 12's. My 15 year old had to be dragged screaming to watch it. It ain't no Toy Story or Shrek.

Ice Age 1 was so good that i think I was expecting great things from No2 and was a little disappointed. It had some funny moments but didnt make me laugh out loud likethe first movie.The Story line was a bit slow and dragged out.Still a good family movie worth watching
