How did this get so many good ratings??
Its long and boring. Predictable and just like any other film pretending it thought up the "Jason" style first.
Theres a scarecrow that kills bad acting.
Can they make more unoriginal? More cliches? This flick is so overrated when reading the previous reviews, sounds like its gonna be a masterpiece. Come on! Cheap flick, poor plot, dumb characters, laughable scenes. Absolute mediocrity.
I liked this movie. Was actually better than I expected. Good horror..
Not what I expected for an after dark original, I guess one cannot get it right all the time, but if you are an after dark fan then watch it and see what you think.
Surpisingly this movie was pretty good. I thought it was going to be worse than Prowl. Was entertaining and suspenseful til the end. The movie wasn't long enough. I didn't want it to end at the end, wanted more, wanted the corn fields to be set on fire and burn with the scarecrows. There wasn't that much blood and guts. Definitely worth watching.
Entertaining, classic style, good suspense, but not enough blood and gore for an R18.
Good Story Line. Enjoyed Every Minute!!
Entertaining slasher movie, a grade above the Hollywood "scream" type of slasher that was popular almost 10 years ago.
Not a total write off but I was expecting more, why would a slasher film maker want to create a sausage fest? Hellbent has more taco burgers.
Surprisingly suspenseful for a horror film, and nicely plays with genre conventions and cliches to a point where you're not exactly sure what will happen next. Decent thriller, and not that deserving of an R18 rating.
Decent low budget horror movie. Considering the shortage of good horror movies at the moment, this one is worth a look if you're a fan of the genre.
american teenage b grade version of 'masters of horror'. I was looking foreward to good horror, but unfortunately found this. Sorry, but to me, not much horror, content. good acting or much at all really. Brainwashed kids should like these ADO installments. Intellectual adults; don't bother yourself
Awesome horror film takes the best ideas from Scarecrows and SL8N8 Night and comes across with their own twist on the formula to create a satidfying film. A group of friends break down on the way to a cabin and are hunted by killer scarecrows after they find a farm. The acting is decent and well done by all. The direction is smooth and makes the most of the limited setting with good jump scenes, drama and horror set ups. The scarecrows have a neat way of upgrading their fingers with metal nails and def adds a new meaning to "doing your nails" And theres even a decent zombie like angle to the storyline. The violence is graphic and nasty in places so horror and gore fans def apply there for this type of film. My only gripe is the strange ending which seems open for a sequel but like Prowl one wil lbe welcome if well made. Def worth a view for horror fans. Loved it.
