The Howling - Reborn (2011)

I expected another terrible sequel as after part 2 they went downhill and very fast but thou not perfect and too Twilight inspired this basic werewolf film is def above average and a step in the right direction.

I quite enjoyed this one. Remember it is made for TV and adjust your expectiations - expected it to be pretty bad and was pleasantly surprised. A couple of fun plot twists, a good basic werewolf movie.

A good, dramatic horror movie with a twist that was predictable but well done anyway. Not too gory but hinted at things to come/happen.

Such a huge disappointment. If you are a fan of the original Howling Movie then please do not go here. It is definitely nothing like the original and is actually in my opinion a mockery of the whole werewolf genre. It is a werewolf version of Twilight. Terrible acting, terrible special effects. It is such a cheap film that the only part of the werewolf transformation you get to see is around the eyes and when they transform back into human form the area just goes dark and whammo human again. Such a bad movie, but tweenies might like it.

Don't bother. No Howling has ever come close to the ORIGINAL "Howling".

Entertaining on a "Buffy" level, not anywhere near "Underworld" level, suitable for kids just like Twilight.

I quite enjoyed this movie. The cast was quite good and the story entertaining enough to keep me watching. You don't need to know anything about The Howling franchise to enjoy this movie because it really doesn't have anything to do with the previous movies.

Without sounding like a joke (which is what this movie is)...this movie is a dog. The Howling franchise 'updated' for the Twilight crowd. If you want to see the Howling. Get the original. Total crap.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PATHETIC MOVIE !!! Horror films of the fifties had better effects !!! It is a tragedy it is under the 'Howling' trademark !!! The ORIGINAL is 10 times the movie !!! I want the 1 1/2 hours of my life back !!! Even 1 Star is way toooo many !!!

well........ not only was this franchise one of my all time favs. but one of the best of all time franchises full stop. So what did 'bullywood' do to it???? turned it into the new number one on my 'b.w.s.m-o-a-t' list. (bullywoods worst s##t movies of all time) list. Lets cap of the situation shall we, the howling franchise was fantastic, very well produced, lots of special effects, good storyline with very convincing acting. So why then, do we now have a teenage co-ed high school soapopera done very very badly. This has been done so many times before to so many great movies. Are Americans really that unimaginitive that they can't see yet how tedious & boring this 'formula' has become. Anyone with half a brain can see this is utter rubbish. Let the Americans waste their money on it if they wish. Leave people with intelligence to aim for better content in what they want for entertainment I am for the first time not going to advise QFer's not to watch this rubbish, in stead i will advise QF itself to throw all copies of this title in the rubbish bin & demand their money back from the 'scammers' who sold it to them. (maybe they can exchange for different title)........ whatever. To summarise, avoid like the European Black Plague of the 11th? century
