Was a different way to look at how monsters see humans. Was enjoyable but there certainly is better animated pictures out there. Was ok!

Best for the very early teens. My kids really enjoyed the movie just a little more than my wife & I. It's a good nights entertainment. Better than anything else on TV !!

Adam Sandler animated best. Really thought this was funny. I laughed, I chuckled and enjoyed the in humour. Plus references to every horror story ever known. Whole family enjoyed this one!

A very fun kids film, with a few (emphasis on few) adult themes and jokes. I think in this way the film lacks something. That being said, Hotel Transylvania had brilliant voice-overs, good animation and funny lines. There are some hilarious parts in the film, like the scene when the "human" arrives - backpacker - love it... and the scene in the plane. Awesome. Overall- For kids, a 5 star film. For adults? 3 stars.

Not impressed, didn't think it was very funny. A waste of the stars that lent their voices to it.

A refreshing take on horror characters - Adam Sandler's voice gives Dracula some heart. Well done, Adam. Thoroughly enjoyed the movie.

As a adult who is familiar with Dracula, Frankenstein, The Wolfman and The Mummy I appreciated this story. But I had no intention of showing it to my kids. It's more for teenagers or adults who like animation. Adam Sandler's Dracula voice got a little tiring after awhile too.

This is Sandlers go at cashing in on the vampire craze and it's a bit of a noisy mess. There are moments of imagination and some minor chuckles but overall it just doesn't hold together very well and at times crumbles into desperation. That ensemble song wrapping things up at the end is getting as old and tired as this wafer thin storyline. Blah, blah, blah indeed.

Terribly dull. Movie looked great but lacked zing. The art in the closing credits is worth waiting for or fast forwarding to if you lose interest in the movie (which I did).

This movie looked good in the trailer but it really disappointed me. It said that the director used to be in comics and it's pretty clear because that's the movie, over expressive, lots of bad jokes and almost no story line. They managed to take some good famous monsters and ruin them and while most of the animation is good, they didn't even try with Dracula or his daughter. I usually love animated movies and while there was the occasional amusing moment, this movie was pretty bad. If you want a good monsters animated movie, try Monster INC.

We loved it! A fair bit of adult humour to keep all ages entertained! The kids really loved it too, although it could be a little scary at times for young kids.

A bit of a tired plot with some funny moments. Not as good as Despicable Me or Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs. My 10 yr old thought it was good.

it's almost like a sitcom where a person lies and spends the rest of the episode keeping up the lie. only get this if you have kids.

A great film -- superb animation, classy jokes, and some very clever visual humour. Adam Sandler is (shock! horror!) really good as the overly-protective father Dracula, with a fine supporting cast. Although, once again, there's a stupid musical number at the end that sours the film. In all, a terrific movie for kids at heart.
