Turns out I'd seen this one before, obviously not that memorable the first time, certainly not the second either. Making a note for furture reference, kinda sucked!

I think i laughed once or twice, both compliments of Stiller Snr. Feels like Ben Stiller is sleep walking a role he has done 100 times over and much better in other films. Shot on video and most likely a straight to video release but not because of the cinematography. Should have known better being a Farrelly Bro production, they have been re-writing "Something about Mary" into various movies since 1994. See the 1972 original with Charles Grodin and Cybill Shepherd, much much better. One of those "seemed like a good idea at the time" remakes.

Has SOME funny bits...but is an unbelievable plot with typical yankee cinema behaviour....Stiller is yet to be proved as a comedian..a 6.5/10 from me..

Well, it is a bit gross in places, but on the whole my wife and I enjoyed this film. It provides enough laughs to be considered worth watching.

No stars! This is a TERRIBLE film. Even the gratutitous sex (which I usually don't mind) is tasteless and stupid. The 'witty' ending makes the whole film even worse. Give this a miss. Go iron some shirts or something.

I have to admit to being a huge Ben Stiller fan. I loved the Heartbreak Kid. It is a Adults only comedy. With a rather over the top story line. However, it was pure entertainment and great fun. Highly recommended if you need your funny bone tickled. If you are a prude or wowser, stay away, read a book. If you are broadminded and like colourful dialogue and adult themed humour, do yourself a favour!!1

Wow. I thought Ben Stiller was better than this. Absolutely hated it. Horrible characters. Horrible story. I cannot even cunt how many people left the cinema before the movie was even half way.

Certainly up the line of typcial Ben Stiller humour, but a little nastier. Some really gross and dirty humour leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Was funny without including the dirtyness - this one goes too far - really unecessary.

Not bad for a 'chick flick'. Ben Stiller is awesome here. A good bag of laughs and a nice story about where one's heart finds true love.

Had lots of really funny moments and found it to be very engaging but overall somewhat disappointing. The storyline doesn't flow as well as it could and the title is quite misleading. Ben Stiller playing the more disturbed character, while very well acted, leaves the viewer longing for the "nice guy" role to emerge as has come to be expected by some of his more famous roles. This aspect is also somewhat misleading given the cover and marketing for the movie and leaves the viewer somewhat frustrated.

We both enjoyed this. Quite a few laughs as Ben Stiller finally takes the plunge only to find that he's married the wrong one while the woman of his dreams is about to walk into his newlywed life. A no brainer and maybe we were just in a particularly good mood...........

Crude, objectifying in its treatment of women, rarely funny and always in bad taste. Probably a Ben Stiller classic. Ick.

lt's a classic up there with the very very very best of the romantic comedies. Like knocked up, 40 year old virgin, good luck chuck, superbad, the sweetest thing. lt's simply brilliant you will laugh like a beast!

I think this was right up there with the Farrelly brothers There's Something About Mary. Could've seen Cameron Diaz playing Stiller's wife in this. It is an adult comedy as the MA15+ rating suggests. Some great laughs and moments that other comedies just don't go to.

Quite good Farrelly Bros comedy. Not in the league of Something About Mary, but Ben & Jerry (Stiller) are both very funny.

I didn't think the Farrelly Bros could top the "hair gel" in There's Something About Mary, but they managed to with gusto in this movie! Some really hilarious scenes and some scenes that make you cringe. A fun (but adult!) comedy.

Average movie with typically contrived rom-com plot. Jerry Stiller stands out as Ben's onscreen father. About twenty minutes too long.

Thought I was going to see a "lovely" movie instead I got too much full sex scenes and a little too much foul language. Now don't get me wrong I'm no prude but sometimes too much is too much. Thought it could be so much better with a cast this good.

A fabulously funny movie. Misunderstandings and marrying the wrong person keep the laughs coming. While some would disagree, this is the most entertaining movie in a long while. Not to be taken too seriously, of course. And it would’ve even worked without the sex scenes.

I found this flim to be extremely disappointing. Gracious sex scenes and excessive language is not what I expected from a Ben Stiller comedy. It would be fair to say that the Farrelly brothers have taken tips from Judd Apatow and simply tried too hard to top Knocked Up! In doing so, the movie fails miserably, and thus misses the mark totally. A 'feel-good' comedy this is not. Nor is it in the least bit meaningful, or a reflection of real life. Truth be told, there are moments of laughter, but nothing even half as memorable as from Dodge Ball, Along Came Polly, etc..

This is a fairly consistent comedy that I found very funny but every now and then it steps over that line into the realm of bad taste that is very unfunny. Pretty much what I've come to expect from Ben Stiller but this is no Farrelly brothers classic. Be warned that it's not one for grandma or kids but I enjoyed it.
