The Kingswood and I is a stand up comedy story about Harley Breen's first true love - a clapped out 1971 HQ Holden Kingswood. This is a show for every person who has ever broken down, run out of fuel, been pulled over or formed a bond with their car that until now they thought no one understood.

Harley bought his Kingswood (called Marjory) off a guy in a pub – well, swapped it for two jugs of beer, to be precise. Together, he and Marjory have fast-talked their way out of spot roadworthy checks, interpreted the unique language that is mechanic-ese, and even muddled their way through a few awkward dates. These are hilarious, universal, relatable stories told with Harley’s characteristic energy and flair for the goofy everyman. Kingswood is a hit about a bomb.

Harley Breen is easily amongst the most naturally talented standup comedy performers working in Australia at the moment. His unique flair for storytelling and screwy charisma has seen him headline at literally hundreds of venues and festivals across Australia and internationally, working with major talents including Steven K.
