With no tomorrow to worry about and plenty of time on his hands, Phil explores some of his favourite fantasies, becomes an expert at all things trivial and pointless, but continually strikes out with the one woman who matters...his producer Rita (Andie MacDowell).

A very enjoyable comedy which also proves to be a lot more thought-provoking than many allegedly 'deeper' films. Great acting throughout. The DVD comes with another movie featuring a younger Bill Murray ('Stripes') that is very bad.

Such a good movie. The constant torture of reliving the same day over and over until he "gets it right". This is the ultimate lesson in feeling good about yourself and getting the most out of the time you have on the earth. Superb comedic acting by Bill Murray backed up by a great supporting cast. Puxatawney Phil is a cutie.

One of my top 5 comedies. Bill Murray is hilarious and surprisingly believable as a romantic lead. Best of all is the fascinating time-warp concept that leaves you thinking about this film for days after.

If you are a movie buff that likes the repeating the same day over and over again movies and there are a few out there, but none quite like GroundHog Day, this tops them all. Absolutely Hilarious!

We all know that feeling where one day is pretty much the same as any other - good to have a laugh about it.
