Murder. Blackmail. Temptation. Redemption. It's been a busy week.

Gigli is a romantic gangster comedy from director Martin Brest, (Scent of a Woman, Midnight Run, Beverly Hills Cop) about a lowly thug who lets love get in the way of a high-risk mob assignment. Gigli (Ben Affleck) is ordered to kidnap the psychologically challenged younger brother of a powerful federal prosecutor. When plans go awry, Gigli's boss sends in Ricki (Jennifer Lopez), a gorgeous, free-spirited female gangster who has her own set of orders to assist with the kidnapping. But Gigli begins falling for the decidedly unavailable Ricki, which could be a hazard to his occupation.

Not as bad as everyone says, but still pretty bad. The worst moments for me where the over-acting by Walken and the lines J-Lo had (really, really bad). The child actor's performance was fantastic, really belivable; let's hope he doesn't get judged by having this on his resume

The worst movie I have had to endure watching - the whole 20 mins that I could suffer through!

I have to agree with the others. Really cliched, inconsistent script. For me the only thing that made it worthwhile was watching Ben Affleck, and the scenes when JLo spoke - but she seemed to spend a lot of time just sitting there.

I thought the script was really bad and scanned through a lot of it. Heaps of swearing and it was boring.I wouldn't bother.

Having read the reviews for this movie I had convinced myself that it couldnt be as bad as everyone was making out. I was wrong.....This is an appalling movie with absolutely no redeeeming features. A abysmal storyline, terrible acting and shocking dialogue overall makes for a sickening experience. So bad I dont think I could ever watch any of the main players in this again without being reminded of this shocker. Avoid this at all costs.

For Bennifer fans only, otherwise don't bother. The humour & story line didn't really get me.

The only cast member that kept this movie worth watching was the poor unfortunate young man who is kidnapped by Ben Affleck!! If it wasnt for this actor the movie would be a total loss.
