A movie that was done well. Great story. Thankfully we have such wonderful doctors and other medical professionals everywhere and it was nice to focus on some other heroes other than sporting "heroes". The direction and acting was first class. We could do with a lot of mothers around like the mother in this story. Well worth a watch.

I have read this book and already knew the story of Ben Carson (who doesn't). I thoroughly enjoyed the movie and Cuba Gooding's portrayal of this real life hero.

I loved this movie. It was simple yet moving and interesting. Funny, I don't recall requesting this one, but must of because my partner is a fan of real life stories. This is one I am really glad I picked and forgot about as it was a great surprise!

This type of movie is rare indeed and all the more highly appreciated! Not only is it well acted but it provides much needed inspiration in our day and age. It speaks of the power of faith and because it is true to life, it has reality to back it up! Please, movie makers, give us more of this genre and less of the deluge of crime flooding our screens and homes!

This is a sober realistic and fairly accurate story of a top afro-American neurosurgeon complete with finer insights into his life and personality . As satisfying as reading a good book.

I very good movie, the story is so engrossing the you wished the movie went for ever, very well acted by all. It's not too tear jerky, just the right amount of emotion what's going on in the scene. Good movie.
