not one of his best movie is an understatement. This movie is an utter rubbish. The story is silly, mainly chasing & shooting scenes. Incredibly boring, for about 1 hour you watch good guy v bad guys shooting to each other in a hospital building, then chasing, rushing to another building, shooting and punching again. That's pretty much it. If there was at least some good kung foo in it, but even the fighting scenes are rubbish, nothing to do with real martial arts, just some lousy special effects. If you are under 12 years old, I would say give it a shot, but anybody over that age might consider rather to play a shooting game on the PC, it would be a lot more entertaining. I'll be generous and would give 1*.
