In the tradition of Shaw Brothers films, Gallants is a wonderful throwback to the 1970's style of martial arts films.This unheralded little movie is a big surprise - an entertaining and winning kung-fu comedy with plenty of old-school Hong Kong Cinema love. Featuring excellent action plus a terrific star turn from Teddy Robin.
