This was recommended to me by friends. I watched it after I got home from work one night. Fell asleep. Watching it again now, on a day off, fell asleep and it's only mid afternoon. Just not interested in this movie.

All the worst of Tarantino, including almost entirely gratuitous violence, without the saving grace of the sly black humour of his later films.

What a mess! Screenplay by Tarantino, directed by Rodriguez, starring Clooney, Keitel, and Lewis. you've got enough high powered talent to fuel a space mission and it is terrible! If they were trying to recreate a schlock horror film in the style of Troma, they suceeded only in making a crap film.

Vampires have to drink somewhere I guess. Unfortunately for the human cast in this movie they seem to be the drink of the night. Great cast and plenty of vampire killing action. Classic Tarantino.

Lots of people were put off by the thought that this does indeed have vampires in it. Its turns quite suddenly and its hard to know what to expect next. Its a fun rollercoaster ride of a movie. It stars Quentin Tarentino himself as a deviant criminal. A part which he plays to perfection, he even has the look down! I think he was born to play that part! Has some other famous faces thrown in, I wont ruin it all for you. Just sit back and try to relax!

Hot-shot director Rodriguez, delivers us a wham-bam, awesome movie with plenty of neat action and gratuitous violence. Clooney is alright, Juliette Lewis is in top-form as always, and it's nice, if not laughable, to see Tarantino giving it a go at acting in this film that he penned. Fantastic fun! Watch it if you love any of Tarantino's other stuff, and especially watch it if you dig vampires!!!

You'll love this or you'll hate it. If you love Tarrantino, you'll love it. It was great how the movie changed 180deg into a horror flick. And yes there were excellent acting performances too.

Don't be fooled by the great cast, this is appallingly bad, bad, bad. It attempts to be a black comedy spoof on road / vampire movies, but is undoubtedly the greatest waste of celluloid I've seen for a long time. Brush your cat, or watch the paint peel instead of watching this.
