Death is just as omnipresent as ever, and in Final Destination 5 it strikes again. During the bus ride to a corporate retreat, Sam (Nicholas D’Agosto) has a premonition in which he and most of his friends – as well as numerous others – die in a horrific bridge collapse. When his vision end, events begin to mirror what he had seen, and he frantically ushers as many of his colleagues – including his friend, peter (Miles Fisher), and girlfriend, Molly (Emma Bell) – always from the disaster before Death can claim them. But these unsuspecting souls were never supposed to survive, and in a terrifying race against time, the ill-fated group tries to discover a way to escape Death’s sinister agenda.

This was the first one of the series I watched and think it's the best of the others.

the first was bad enough why make 4 more just predictable not a horror just a money maker for some untalented americans

come on, who you kidding. if you've seen the other four, you'll get this one. it's the same as the others. not better or worse. watched it with the directors commentary as well, they say it's the last one....but i'm sure if someone puts up the money to make more, they will

These FD movies are great if you like lots of blood splattering scenes and suspense,a great movie to watch on a rainy night with the lights off.

Gory death scenes.. a little too dependant on CGI for impact! Nonsense ending! They should've just left it at the first one and been done with it! But NOOOOO! Hollywood and their love of sequels.. Yep, squeeze every $$ outta the suckers that you can! PLEEEEASE NO MORE SEQUELS!!

I love these movies because of the way you get to see so many options of how each character is going to meet their end and then whammo, one gets snuffed just like that! Lead up is quite exciting if you take all the hints. Nothing else of interest there though, so probably just my own quirkiness in recommending.

We have not seen any of the previous movies. We enjoyed this one as it was a new concept with a number of twists, however it appears by looking at the reviews and the trailers that they are all basically the same. I have rated this one at 4 stars as a "one off" but there is no way I could watch any more of the same.

Love the Final D series, this wasnt one of the best but it was certainly better than the indy car one (think that was FD 4) Liked the way this film linked itself back to the 1st Final Destination. Worth a watch, not perfect but good entertainment

They should have stopped at number 4, They spent to much time on the special effects, blood and gore and not enough on the storyline, It was way to predictable, easy to tell what was going to happen next and how,There was no suspense.

I thought it would be ok becuase the ways in which they die are always interesting but I had to stop half way the acting was so bad and I'm getting tired of them having to work out why they are all dying etc

I think they should have just quit while they were ahead. A bit to much of the same thing. Not much thought was put into the story line of this movie. Although, if your looking for a few shocking moments and some ok CGI FD5's ur movie

More interesting ways for people to die than you can shake a severed limb at. A bit of fun. I loved the twist at the end and the nod to the first Final Destination in the series. An improvement over the last two.

Final Destination has been a movie series that breaks all rules, it is seldom that a sequel is better than the original. However this was definitely the case with FD movies. Number 2 outshone the original by a mile, number 3 was a huge let down, with number 4 battling hard to bring itself back to number 2 status. I feel that Final Destination 5 has managed to bring the movie series back to number 2 standards and in doing so complete the full circle. If you like a fun ride and a few cringes then this movie delivers.

Starts off well enough, but the special effects are a bit ordinary and the "deaths" were just not as intricate and spectacular as the first films.

different faces different places........... same movie........... now boring. When next capitalising on this franchise try changing the 'format' as well. Makes for 'not boring' viewing.............. or just don't bother at all

A decent attempt and of course for Blu Ray players the 3D is as decent as the last one but the film falls apart sadly in the 3rd act and even cheats on its rules but the film is well acted and has plenty of gory thrills for fans but seriosuly they should make part 6 the last before it really starts to fly off the rails.
