Some have only heard of it as the notorious gut-cruncher in the tradition of Last House On The Left and I Spit On Your Grave. Others know it as one of the few movies to ever drive even the most jaded 42nd Street audiences into uncontrollable frenzy. This is the story of three escaped convicts (led by William Sanderson of Blade Runner as the sickest psycho redneck in cinema history) who take a middle-class Black family hostage for a relentless nightmare of racist humiliation, sexual violence and extreme vengeance. No sleazehound who’s seen it can ever forget Fight For Your Life!

He took it 'till he couldn't take it no more. Hilarious in parts, and worth it for the very ending if nothing eles. The main flaw being it can tend towards caricature as the violence and shock value does not stand up to its peers like I Spit on Your Grave.

A shockingly honest and original portrayal of the heady days of the American Civil Rights Movement, told from the perspective of those who were on the front line.

Nice survival horror, a little dated but still a classic banned for a while in its time back in the day. A good directors cut with commentary always good to listen to the back of house goodies.

A very interesting exploitation film. Would not be easy to watch if you cannot stand to view racism or sexism. As the movie is full of both. The story is like Last House On The Left, if you liked that, you should checkout this under rated film. Not much nudity but some disturbing themes throughout.
