I enjoyed this movie. Was interesting to see Brendan Fraser in a serious role and he played it very well.

The story was very close to home as one granddaughter has a problem where genetics went crazy. We enjoyed every minute and felt for the parents. To the people who bagged this movie, just feel lucky that it was not your family.

Well worth watching. A good story that could have been ruined by making it too schmaltzy, but the director resisted the urge to do that & instead gave us a very watchable movie.

nice story about a man trying to help his kids- based on a true story which is amazing. a special feature of this disc includes a small interview with the real guy

Sadly I found this story boring, slow paced, inresolved and irritating. It's unfortunate that many real life stories are like this - no real hero, no huge success, giants not defeated - and many need to be spiced up for by screen writers. This one did not get any spicing up.

This movie was terrific - based on a true story and the dedication of a family willing to find a cure - truly an amazing story. I loved every minute of it. Very emotional.
