Another classic Monty Python film, Love black British humour with the subtle nuances throughout the movie on politically incorrect subjects.

Occasionally funny beats unfunny. Worth a look. A chuckle, not a bellylaugh.

Not quite sure what to make of this film. The care taken with photography and special effects is commendable and tasteful, supporting the story, unlike the overblown "Lord of the Rings" type of film. I found it entertaining with some interesting ideas on old subjects. Valhalla has a nice twist. Python fans will like it. Perhaps best described as a faiy tale for grown ups.

This film seems to have improved significantly with age; I wasn't that wrapped with it when it came out, but now it is really very cool. Watch the dvd extras, you will learn that pretty much everyone who had a speaking part in it was a notable in some other field. Your kids will not role their eyes at you for getting them this film.
