"You want what they want, don't you... I'll never tell... any of you"
These are the haunting first words the near catatonic young patient utters to psychologist Dr Nathan Conrad (Douglas).
Her name is Elizabeth and she has been institutionalised for over a decade...but now she has viciously battered a man to near death; and unless someone can break through to her, she will be locked away in an asylum forever.
Conrad senses more than just meaningless ramblings coming from this disturbed young woman - she is hiding something from deep in her past. And the sheer terror of it is about to consume her.
But what this young girl knows will cut Conrad to the core and tear his family apart.
His daughter has just been kidnapped and it is linked to the secret Elizabeth holds. What is the connection? Who is behind it? How can he break through her psychosis to reveal the truth?
Then the kidnappers call him with the ominous instructions "Don't say a word". Dark, gripping and totally unpredictable, this is a thriller that will make your heart pounce and your skin crawl.

Unlike the others, I was very disappointed. I found the plot to be silly and predictable. I found the acting half hearted at best. I only give it two stars as my wife would geld me if I put one up. Sorry for all you die hards, but to me this was absolute rubbish. But hey, that's just my opinion. And yes, I like old Hitchcok and sci-fi's so you see my bias.

This was an ok movie but as far as a thriller goes, it wasn't so thrilling. I found a fair bit of it to be predictable but it is a fairly enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours. The extras give you a good idea of how they went about making the movie. Average but not riveting.
