Dolphin Tale (2011)

Fantastic. our whole family enjoyed watching it. it is a touching story well taken. Beautiful recommend for all ages.

Great movie loved it . Good family movie

I thought this was going to b a kid movie but I really enjoyed it particularly as it is based on a real story. Made me wiki the true story.

I'm not a fan of soppy true stories but this was great. I have a soft spot for Harry Connick Jnr and the kids were REALLY good actors. My ten year old liked it. Sad but not too syrupy.

My boys complained about watching this movie, but once we sat down to watch it they were hooked. Great family movie really enjoyed it.

A lovely movie, based on a true story Its good to see there are people out there that are trying to save the dolphins, rather then slaughter them. Very enjoyable.

A really nice Movie for the whole family. The movie does well to show the importance of marine life and the dangers humans impose without corny lines. Harry Connick Jnr could have been more convincing as a marine biologist in charge of a marine hospital but the acting wasn't over done by anyone. A really good movie sure to be loved by all.

This was a great little movie but we were disappointed as the movie broke down in a couple of place and we had to miss part of it as it just broke up in little squares. As we saw most of it and could tell it was a good movie we don't want to be sent it again, but we were wondering why the person that had it previously had not reported a problem. Hope that in future this does not happen as it has been a problem on three occassions so far.

Loved it - full of youthful dreams & broken hopes. Great acting by the kids & lots of feel good & emotional moments.

Totally engrossing movie. Good for anyone to watch. Good move to add the boy to the story, as he wasn't in it in real life. It added that extra touch to make this a real feel good movie. Got to love these inspirational stories. They make me realise how lucky I am, whether it's a human or an animal, we can adjust to just about anything. Great movie.

Watched by 4 9/10 year old girls on the weekend, they loved it. It was cute, inspiring and a great way to remind our children about the environment and ways we can help.

Nice family movie, based on a true story, lovely bond with these wonderful people that help the dolphin, It's nice to see there are still caring peoplel in world.

We watched this as a family and we all enjoyed it thoroughly.....held everyone's attention and quite interesting considering it was based on a true story. Like Margory said below nice to not have a sinister villian for a change = no nightmares afterwoods for the littlies. Would recommend this one :) maybe not for teenagers but lol

I'm giving this five stars because it's one of the few films I've been able to watch with my 4 and 6 year old kids that we've all enjoyed. So many G rated kids films have sinister villains and scary scenes which terrify my 4 year old, but this film had suspense and an interesting plot without any baddies, which was great. The plot was complex enough to keep my 6 year old engaged and I was pleased she was seeing something that wasn't about princesses or girls where the focus is on their appearance. Okay, from an adult's perspective it's a conventional story but there are much worse films out there for kids.
