OK this is not as good as the Exorcist, let's make that clear... let's also remember that it's almost impossible to be as good as the Exorcist when it comes to the possession movie genre. If you can name me one movie of this genre better than the Exorcist, I'm going to assume you haven't seen the Exorcist. So let's judge this movie on it's own merits. The Docu-Horror style is endlessly facinating. When done right it can be a masterpiece (See Behind the Mask) and when done wrong it can be devistatingly painful (See Blair Witch 2). This film is in the middle. It has some very effective scares, some great performances and the tension is impressive when they try. The exorcisms are gritty and realistic, which is a weird thing to type and yet they were. The story was clever and gave a reason for it to be a documentary style film other than 'it's edgy'. I liked it a lot, it's by no means a favourite but it's good for what it is

I am always fascinated by the idiotic mentality of "doco style" horror movies, apparently a horror doco can only be shot in a handheld camera. Seriously how many proper docos have people seen that were shot by a handycam, personally, none! So I would like to discover the origin of this stupid idea. Ridiculously stupid movie, it aimed for a Blair Witch Project style and popularity but failed miserably.

OMG...this is 83 minutes of my life that will never return. Exorcist this is not and given the subject matter it could have been SOOOO much more interesting especially being done 'doco' style. Dull, uninteresting, drivel - don't bother - would give it no stars if I could.

It says this is a "Documentary" but at the end you can see the list of all the people who did "stunts" so it's obviously NOT real Demonic possession on film. A terrible waste of time!

Not so much scary as creepy but still a good film on such a minuscule budget. Don't expect it to be like the Paranormal Activity and you should enjoy it.

Stick to "The Exorcist"... With all the hype I was expecting the fright of the year and was so disappointed! The acting was so bad, quite like amateurish. When actors were telling their lines I had the impression that they were going to laugh. Ridiculous in many ways! I wonder if the filmmaker didn't hire relatives to play in his movie. Filmed like a documentary. I wish they stop making movies looking like documentaries. It's been too much exploited so US please move on!
