Delightful and funny movie about aging - should we accept our alloted lifespan, or if we had the chance would we venture beyond??

Unique, thought-provoking movie with some engaging performances. The special effects are showing their age, and the script seems a little pasted together, but overall worth watching. Includes original theatrical trailer.

Loved it as a boy, love it now. One of the few 80s movies I still enjoy. Stands the test of time well. Unlike many sci fi movies, the appeal is in the characters.

A child within is satisfied. Good acting and kind aliens too.

Shocky reverse-feel-good film about the greed of old people, in pursuit of the fountain of youth. Oh yeah, and there's some glowy aliens. Choppy storytelling and some fairly rough performances. Only if you're in the mood.

Feel good movie about old people and visiting Aliens. Brian Dennehy's performance is excellent, but the other actors should not be overlooked.
