Excellent Musical with lots of energy. The Musical offerings by the 3 main characters 'Renee Z, Catherine Z and Richard G' were as good as anything other more established singers/dancers have offered. Good on 'them'. A highly recommended title to anyone who enjoys lively music.

Perfectly cast. Watch when you're in the mood for a musical. The behind the scenes bonus feature is very good.

I love Chicago every time I watch it. It is very entertaining. I love musicals and Renee and Catherine are wonderful as Roxie and Velma. Richard Gere showed a whole new side to him as a singer and dancer

For quite a time the musical was dead, and then along comes Chicago. Full advantage is taken of the film medium to bring this imaginatively to the screen with stunning results. Brilliant casting with the principals all performing their own singing and dancing, and what a talented crew they are. A film bursting with energy and a terrific hi-fi sound track well worth turning up for the best effect. In my a view an absolute classic.

An enjoyable musical movie. I watched it a few times, but I'm not sure I want to own a copy. The odd violent/graphic scene, mostly pretty harmless fun.

Exuberant and fast moving, with an urgent rhythm carrying the plot along. The showtime interludes which intersperse the storyline are caricatures of the plot and characters, and it works brilliantly! The four main characters have a compelling magnetism, and together with the beautiful girls, the choreography and the nearly-costumes, my eyes were glued to the screen. Fantastic!

I never thought in a million years that I would enjoy this movie. But there I was humming along and attempting to sing along "and all that jazz". Its such a cool movie and I am not surprised that it won so many awards worldwide. Features some stunning outfits and a VERY slimmed down Renee Zellweger. I was also impressed by Richard Gere, he was very believable and looked like he was having a ball. Has a great story about being famous which is as relevant today as when it was set. A movie that will continue to get people tapping their toes and dancing in their hallways!

I was never a big fan of the musical genre on film. I'd rather see it in real life. But this is really good. Well cast (who thought that Richard Gere could sing!) and well put together. Nice snappy pace.

Fantastic movie - I have never seen the broadway play version of this and it looked fantastic in the previews at the cinema, but I missed it at the cinema and it took me over a couple of years to finally see it on Foxtel, and to LOVE this movie, a True classic with style, my type of musical for years to come.

Chicago deserves its accolades as a modern musical, I think better than Moulin Rouge. The singing, dancing and scenes were great and there was a story that you could follow. Several big name stars who all did a great job.

A brilliant piece of cinema. The late Bob Fosse would have approved of this treatment of the musical he first staged in 1975.
