The only movie to make the most of Molly Parkers unique beauty, I find it difficult to say much else about this. Her intense performance is a stark contrast to the sleepy, allmost stupid playing of the male lead. At times he looks so out of it, unknowing, you want to slap him. HARD! He sleeps under his work desk, for gods sake! Some scenes are startling in their intense sexuality, I can only think of it as "last tango in Las Vegas" and wonder if it was all a fantasy, not just the last scene. Maybe the commentary offers more clues but I wouldn't be bothered.

Wasn't instantly clear to me what the woman was feeling or why, but ends up with money can't buy you love.

Maybe it is just me - the movie was too arty and certainly not for a Friday night over a beer

Physically visual movie which, although does not dwell on emotion, stirs the emotions. Intriguingly directed.
