Matt Damon returns as the trained assassin Jason Bourne for the latest showdown in The Bourne Ultimatum. For me, definitely the best of the three Bourne movies so far. Great plot, acting and looks fantastic. Non-stop, heart racing, gripping & thrilling storytelling at its best, not to mention one of the best car chase scenes I've ever seen.

Not many movies are able to keep you on the "edge of your seat" for as long as this one. Brilliantly directed & edited movie. Cast gave strong acting performances all around. Well deserved it's 3 oscars for technical nominations.

I hate the "CIA saves the world" movies. The Bourne trilogy (yes, you HAVE to watch all three) are quite the opposite - its a guy trying to save himself from the CIA. Action-packed, fast & absolutely brilliant!

Lives up the high standard set by the previous films. Plenty of fast packed action. The fact that the plot is pretty predictable does not detract from the entertainment value. Action stunt and car chases are well over the top, but again does not necessarily detract.

No ultimatul was issued at any time during the movie. A trivial point perhaps, but what is language for?
Action sequences were poorly filmed (much like the other bourne movies) which made it hard to watch. The plot was almost non existent and best summed up as "run away from the CIA until the movie ends"

It is impossible not to like a series that begins with
real Minis, then moves to Goa, then the Brenner,
then Berlin. They probably should have given up with
no 2, but that is only because they had run out of the
things on this planet that I really love. As a feature
length fight, it is great. As Goethe, (who for some
wierd reason keeps getting a guernsey), forget it.
The bird could have done with a bigger chest, after
all it is a fantasy.

A bit on the typical side, but still good excitement, action and adventure. Worth a watch, especially if you've seen the others, but not necessary to have.

So old Matt thinks he's too old to keep making " Bourne" movie's, Well if this is the last one ( hope not..) He does it with style, It had double the suspense like the 1st one, and ties up most of the loose end's to do with who he really is ! and just love the ending... if you love spy with suspense check out the t.v show "spooks"

Excellent! I am not usually a big fan of hand-held camera work but in this case the jerky, almost chaotic camera perfectly suits the break-neck pace and gritty ferocity of the story and the character. Interestingly, this made me want to go back and see the first 3 Bourne films, because this last story explains a lot of what causes Bourne's confusion and almost suicidal willingness to confront danger and mayhem. My only minor criticism is that you would not have made too much sense of the early part of this movie without having some knowledge of the early story, either through the films or the books. However, even if this was your first experience of Bourne, after a while the sheer unrelenting pace of the movie sweeps you along to the almost unbearable intensity of the climax.

Story line was quite good, however whats his face's acting wasn't too brilliant - too stone faced. Irritating anomolies such as: if he, as was stated, was on the Interpol wanted list, how did he flit from continent to continent without any disguise (or, apparently, luggage). Also fight scenes, while quite exciting, were a bit unbelievable as anyone hit like these actors were would be dead!

Incredible, edge-of-the-seat thriller - I'm not a huge fan of this genre but it's so clever and unexpected that I found myself wanting to watch it again. Matt Damon does a fine job of making you like him even though his character has literally had a personality bypass. Highly recommended for couch potatoes - no drop-off zone here.

If you're chasing an action flick, this is your movie. Start to finish it's non-stop thrills and Matt Damon is superb playing the always harried Jason Bourne. In my opinion the Bourne series has overtaken Bond as the ultimate action hero. He's working class but knows all the right moves when it comes to getting out of trouble. Just a fantastic flick.

Still not as enjoyable as the first outing and a little vacant of emotion this is just a rip roaring movie full of arresting action and chase sequences... It is just relentless. Props to Matt Damon and co star Paddy Considine. Julia Stiles unfortunately has always been just a poor bolt on.
