He enlists the help of Sally (Nancy Allen), a possible eyewitness to the crime, desperate to uncover the truth and prove his alarming theory of political assassination.

Not nearly as good as the British film "Blow UP" that it was imitating this is none the less a reasonably enjoyable movie with some good De Palma set pieces. Does the plot have some holes?? Actors are good: Travolta snd Dennis Franz or weak: Nancy Allen. So-so.
