Very entertaining! But if you know little about British culture and personalities/TV/etc, many of the funny bits will be lost on you. Still, the basic stories should still be simply fun even if the cultural knowledge is missing. Series 2 improves on Series 1.

Everyone raves about this, but I just didn't find it funny. I watched 3 episodes and won't bother with any more!

This was a brilliant TV series. The 2nd season has just started in the UK, (Nov 2009). The two boys, young Simon and Kylie really camp it up but not overdoing it. It is very humorous and very cleverly done. Kylie really steals the show which his dancing in the various singing and dancing routines. Kylie is just all class for a 14/15yo and is played by Layton Williams who played Billy Elliot in the West End production of Billy Elliot The Musical, and was chosen to play the young Michael Jackson in Thriller Live on the West End. The baked beans scene with the exploding microwave which kills grandma is a real hoot as she's such a complaining old biddy! This series has everything.
