Set in post-franco Spain. The time is 'the last decade of the cold war' - discos are still in - NATO and Americans are out. Ted is in Barcelona representing a Chicago company and recovering from a failed carnal relationship, when his obnoxious navy cousin, Fred arrives, disrupting Ted's living arrangements but greatly improving his social life.

I found it totally mediocre and could not watch it to the end.Insufferable acting and story!
