Took a long time to get anywhere. Wouldn't have sat through it except I like Sandra Bullock but it came to a totally different ending than I expected so was glad I watched it.

A different role for Sandra Bullock, but still a funny film. I'd watch it again and again!

Very perculiar and odd movie, I wondered if I might get through it at one point, but I did and I am glad I watched to the end. Nothing like i expected, very different, but nothing better than OK.

The reasons for creating such a movie was lost on us, Sandra Bullock was painful in this role and she is usually a great actor. We watched 30mins of it in the hopes it would get better but it did not. A one star rating is generous

SHOCKING. That is time of my life that I will not get back. And I am a HUGE Sandra Bullock fan. How on earth did she get coaxed into doing that flop?????

Quite different to what I was expecing. Not a traditional rom-com by any means, and quite a few funny moments. Thomas Haden Church is the scene-stealer, and the not so subtle digs at how the media works in these situations were terrific. 2 and 1/2 stars.

I rented this movie to see what was so bad about it that Sandra Bullock could get a Golden Raspberry for it in the same year she won the Oscar for "The Blind Side". I was expecting it be really awful, but it was a sweet movie and shows what a versatile actress Sandra Bullock is. I would recommend it.

Was reasonably funny. I like Sandra Bullock and this role was quite different to what she normally plays. I recommend it but as one of those movies you need just in case you have nothing else to watch.

Better than all the haters said. Kind of weird, zany, but sweet by the end of it. Actually has a very good message in it about being true to yourself.

This isn't a comedy it is just a very sad tale about a strange, unmarried women who 'stalks' an unfortunate young man that was talked into a blind date by his parents. I'm a big fan of Sandra Billock comedies but was very disappointed in this movie. The best part is the last five minutes but don't expect the 'happy ending' where they finally fall in love and live happily ever after, the heroine doesn't get her man in this sorry tale! ! !

Not her best, but worth a look....Weird in the beginning, gets slightly better as time goes on, but only has a few really funny bits already highlighted on the trailer..DEFINITELY not her best, though!

This movie was pretty lame, it did have a couple of funny moments, but not enough to make it worth paying for. Very cheesy and quirky, if you liked Miss Congenialty 2 you might like this. Maybe get the girls together (do not forget the booze), and dont expect much.

For most of the movie my thoughts were 'weird, odd, stange' but by the end, it wasn't so bad. The very main character (played by sandra bullock) put me off, but she turned out to be sweet and kind despite her weird, antisocial behaviour. Still not my favourite movie though.

Quite a few funny moments throughout the film. If your a fan of Sandra Bullock.. you will adore her character. And a bit of eye candy for the girls with Bradley Cooper was definately not lost on this critic. Thoroughly enjoyed it! 3.5 stars!

Not the best movie that Sandra Bullock has acted in. It was pretty funny at times but all the characters seemed so stupid. Sometimes it was so stupid it was funny. It wasn't as good a movie as I thought it would be

I really didn't mind this. Funny and light hearted. I don't know how Sandra Bullock won the worst actress award at the Razzies for this performance, I thought she was great - played the role very well. Certainly more in chick flick territory, but I enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed this movie! very quirky and not the usual hollywood type film, but Sandra Bullock was awesome as an eccentric crossword creator still iving with her parents who goes on an adventure. The movie is both very funny and touching, and will have you cheering in the end for the character of Mary.

Worst film of 2009? No, not even in the top-10 worst films of 2009, but other than Sandra Bullock, this film is a turkey. Everyone chews the scenery especially Bradley Cooper, who did luck out by scoring the Hangover and the A-Team, but will be forever known as Jennifer Garner's whiny boyfriend from the TV show Alias. Thomas Hayden Church, Ken Jeong, MC Gainey and Keith David are like Zegna suits at your local St Vinnies. It is hard to soar like an Eagle when the script is a turkey. More of a chick flick.

I thought it was an interesting movie. You don't usually think of the person who designed the daily crossword puzzle in the paper. But someone has to do it. Sandra Bullock portrayed the main character very well, and carried the movie. Although I think another actress I have seen would have been better -Zooey Deschanel, as she does have a certain quirkiness. Anyway, I recommend this movie as something light hearted.
