The Dark Clown Empire (a parody of the Galactic Empire from Star Wars) is a totalitarian, tyrannical police state, led by the evil Darph Bobo. In contrast, the Confederation (a parody of the Star Trek Federation) is technically a democratic and free society, but in practice, is dominated by mega-corporations and bloated bureaucracies. In this political divide, the only place that anyone can truly be free is in the border region known as the Rift, the setting for sex-crazed, street-savvy Captain Chode McBlob and the cyborg Six, who was designed as a sex-slave and the effeminate and sarcastic robot engineer, Gus.

one of my most favourite anime.space/comedy series. Can't get enough of it. I strongly recomend for a good laugh (pg recomended of course)
