The Previously unknown purpose of the 'Ninth Cheveron' is revealed, and ends up taking a team to an Ancient ship 'Destiny', a ship built millions of years ago by the Ancients, used to seed Distant galaxies with Stargates. This team, led by Dr. David Rush and Colonel Everet Young, are trapped on the ship, unable to change its programmed mission, and encounter new races, new technology and new enemies, as the runaway ship takes them to the far ends of the Universe.

i loved this its the first time ive really gotten into a sci fi show i saw it on tv until it was canceled dont know why. theres lots of aliens which is always good. i love the character eli. waiting for the next disk to arrive. excited

I thought the series was good, a bit like Lost meets Star Gate. Most sci fi series all have experts in whatever field they're in, they decided to break the mould, The crew didn't know what they were doing half the time and lacked expertise, I mean the ships doctor was only a field medic at best! It was a great series and it's too bad it didn't last very long.

Much better than atlantis, nearlly as good as the original series

they bombed out with this series, you need to be on drugs to understand it, not as adventuress as the first or atlantis, they were exellent
