This one really surprised me. Luther is a powerful character who can really knock you offf your seat sometimes. I'm hooked!

Luther, like the main characters in 'Scott & Bailey' is not a perfect human being but his flaws are what make this series. 'Scott & Bailey' is the best UK crime series I have seen but this is not far behind. Interestingly, in the local (Cairns) ABC shop, the only two crime series that sold out immediately were 'Luther' and 'Scott & Bailey'. I know this because I missed out on both series, through not buying when I saw them and going back 2 days later - too late! Highly recommended.
