Kings and Queens, Knights and renegades, liars, lords and honest men... all will play 'The Game of Thrones'. The kingdom is in turmoil. Such a great series, It is awesome to have a very adult series that isn't just trying to be over the top... Meaning, the violence and sex scenes feel natural and not forced here, making it feel much more realistic.

Holey mackerel, why didn't I know about this series earlier. Very adult, very gory, but kick ass storyline. Would recommend to any red blooded male, ladies you will be offended. And ladies please don't judge me I am watching it for the story line....

Excellent series, now my favorite drama show. Shot in digital film and looks excellent on blu-ray. I do, However find that the story line can get complicated at times, and jump around. However, this just makes me want to watch it all again, because there was so much i missed. worth hiring !

I hate those fantasy movies where the hero rides around perfectly pressed without breaking a fingernail, or even a sweat, so this was a refreshing change. Game of Thrones is set in a violent, dangerous world, where the hero doesn’t always win. The series format allows the writers to portray George RR Martin’s world in all its gritty wonder, without having to take liberties with the storyline which so often leave fans feeling betrayed. And you don’t have to be a fan of the books to enjoy this series. A word of warning: this is not one for the kiddies – the series is violent – very violent, and no-one is spared: not women, nor children, nor even the family pet (which in true Martin style happens to be an enormous wolf capable of ripping a man’s throat out). I have been looking forward to this series ever since I became aware of its production, and I was not disappointed. Brilliant! Can’t wait for series two.

Very good series with a high production value. The characters are interesting for the main part, and reasonably well acted. The story is involved and complex, playing on politics and intrigue as much as it does on action. Looks fantastic in HD as well.
