Oh how sweet to relive a childhood favourite ! Watching this series again, so many years later, and it still hasn't lost any of its innocence and "feel good" impact. Kids and adults alike will enjoy this classic series.

Loved it. Very endearing. Got better with every episode (relating to Disc1). I don't think it has aged at all and would still appeal to children today. As mentioned, a young Bud Tingwell also features and adds to the great cast and acting in this series.

A gorgeous series. All the cast work well together. Geoffrey Bayldon has a ball being the poor bewildered magician thrust forward into the C20th, trying to cope with our everyday things, which he considers to be magic. Great also to see a young Bud Tingwell, too. A sweet series. No violence, what a lovely change. Of course, having been made in 1969, it's all looking pretty old. Wouldn't it be lovely if someone re-made it?

I know... they're hokey after all these years, but I really loved seeing them again! Geoffrey Bayldon was terrific, actually.

This is a funny show, while I enjoyed it and had a laugh my 9yo did not as it is a bit old and the style is a bit dated. I enjoyed watching something that I had seen as a kid, funny stuff.

This is a timeless classic that all the family can enjoy. Catweazle gets up to all sorts of mischief that is wonderful to just sit back and watch. My kids love it just as I did when I used to watch it as a child thirty years ago. Don't miss this one. This series explores the wonderful world of fantasy that is somehow innocent. Something that is missing in children's televison these days. Well worth a trip down memory lane.
