Being Human follows three house mates as they do their best to live their lives as normally as possible despite their strange and dark secrets. But with unwelcome intruders into their world, rumblings about an impending revolution from the vampire underworld and constant threats of exposure on top of the usual issues faced by young people surrounding love, work and mates the only thing they may be able to rely on in their heightened world is each other. Lovable George battles with his double identity as a mild mannered and geeky hospital porter who for one night a month is transformed into a flesh hungry, predatory werewolf. Mitchell is good looking, laid back and, in contrast to George, has an easy confidence with the ladies. But he is also a blood sucking vampire struggling with going cold turkey from the blood he craves.

Another one I thought why did I rent this, but now I'm hooked, interesting and different and you even get to have a chuckle throughout the showm I am so sick of sexy vampires and hunky werewolves, these characters come over as human, nice change.

Brilliant British t.v program. Mitchel, Annie and George are realistic characters. Although the smooth talking, sexy Mitchel is a vampire, he's fighting his urge to drink from every human he meets, geeky socially awkward George is trying his best to keep his two live's separate, albeit unsuccessful and Annie is the sweetest ghost with a big problem to overcome. The three are forced to battle their own demons and the threat of other supernatural beings. Funny, heartwarming and a thrill ride. The great chemistry between the characters is obvious, making this fantasy t.v series seem almost realistic.
